2012

Congratulations to the U16 Tier 1 Delta Footmen (pictured below) for winning the Best of the West tournament March 2 – 4, 2012 in Las Vegas!  Also, to our U14 Tier 1 for going undefeated in round robin only to lose their quarter final game.  Both teams had a great tournament and did Delta and Canada proud!

Also, to our Footmen U19 Tier 2 team for winning Provincial Silver! (Story in the Delta Optimist ).  Tier 2 Provincials took place at the University of Victoria, February 16-19, 2012.

2011

Congratulations to the 3 Delta Footmen players who proudly represented our Association and Province for Team BC Field September 2 – 4/11 in Burnaby:
Jon Phillips helped Team BC edge out Team Ontario 11-10 in U16 play to take the Gold Medal at the 2011 Field Lacrosse National Championships!  In U19 play, Team BC came away with the Silver Medal after dropping a 13-12 decision to Team Ontario in the final with strong perfomances by Matt Messenger and Sam Clare.

2010-2011

Provincials – February 18 – 20th, 2011 Victoria

Congratulations to U19 BRONZE Medal Team Photo

Congratulations to Scott McQuarrie: U16 Team BC and Matthew Messenger: U19 Team BC who both brought home silver medals from the Field National Championships in Saskatoon. The U16 lost 13-12 to Ontario and U19 lost 12-11 to Ontario.

Congratulations to Robbie Campbell from Delta who played in the 2008 World U19 Lacrosse, proudly representing Canada for a Silver Medal
